WEYMOUTH, Mass. (February 23, 2025) – The Stonehill College women's tennis team fell on the road at the Weymouth Tennis Club to Boston College, 1-4, Sunday afternoon in a non-conference matchup.

- The Eagles clinched the doubles point after freshmen Arya Chabria (Columbus, Ohio) and Piper Remillard (Durham, Conn.) lost on the first court while senior Marissa Such (Cranston, R.I.) and junior Camila Zuluaga Rodriguez (Medellin, Colombia) fell on the third court.
- Junior Anneliese Beltran (Mexico City, Mexico) and sophomore Madison Warren (Frederick, Md.) were leading on the second doubles court, 5-4, when the Eagles clinched the point, leaving the match unfinished.
- Remillard was the lone Skyhawk to earn a point on Sunday, winning on the fourth singles court over Alex Torre, 6-2, 6-0.
- Warren's singles match on the first court also went unfinished after Boston College scored the fourth point with three singles wins.
How It Happened
- Chabria and Remillard lost to Torre and Tola Glowacka on the first doubles court, 0-6.
- Such and Zuluaga fell, 3-6, on the third doubles court to Muskan Mahajan and Nadia Barteck.
- The first singles match to go final was Zuluaga's matchup with Glowacka on the third court as the Boston College Eagle came out on top, 0-6, 0-6.
- Mahajan defeated Beltran, 0-6, 1-6, on the second singles court to earn the third point for the Eagles.
- After Remillard secured a point for the Skyhawks on the fourth singles court, the match was clinched for the Eagles when Barteck defeated Chabria, 1-6, 4-6, on the fifth court.
- Warren and Olivia Benton had their match on the No. 1 singles court go unfinished.
