EASTON, Mass. (Jan. 27, 2026) --Â The Stonehill women's lacrosse team has been selected second in the NEC Preseason Poll, the conference office announced Thursday.
The Skyhawks are coming off an 11-7 overall season in 2025, going 8-1 in conference play to earn a share of the NEC regular-season title. Stonehill advanced to the NEC championship game for the first time in program history.Â
Under the leadership of head coach
Katie Conover '03, who is entering her 19th season at the helm, Stonehill returns four all-conference players from a year ago, including seniors
Natalie Coutu,
Grace Murphy and
Julia Kogan who were tabbed to the All-NEC first team, while sophomore
Meaghan Fealy earned All-Rookie Team honors.
Stonehill will open the 2026 campaign at home against Boston University on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at 3 p.m.
