BABSON PARK, Mass. (March 7, 2026) – The Stonehill College equestrian team earned a first-place team finish in its 2026 debut at the Babson Show on Saturday afternoon.
First-year student
Cora Cotman led the way for the Skyhawks, finishing the day as the show's High-Point Rider. Cotman claimed the blue ribbon in both open fences and open flats to secure the High-Point Rider honors.
The sophomore trio of
Shay Callanan,
Cadence Scheer, and
Elizabeth Carreiro each finished as runners-up in their respective events. Callanan placed second in limit flats, Carreiro finished second in intermediate flats, and Scheer earned second place in the novice division.
Senior
Rosalie Martin and first-year students
Piper Olenn and
Michaela der Kinderen rounded out the Stonehill riders at Babson, each finishing in the top five of their events. Olenn placed fourth in intermediate fences, while Martin and der Kindren finished fifth in limit fences and the introductory division, respectively.
