EASTON, Mass (May 6, 2026) – Stonehill College student-athletes continue to excel academically and achieve at a high level compared to their Division I peers, according to date released Tuesday by the NCAA.
Each academic year, every Division I sports team's APR is calculated using a simple and consistent formula. Scholarship student-athletes can earn one point for staying on course for a degree in their chosen major and one point for being retained (or graduating) at the end of each academic term.
Stonehill Highlights
- Five of Stonehill's 23 athletic programs earned a perfect APR score of 1000 (field hockey, softball, women's tennis, women's swimming & diving and women's golf)
- 15 teams (baseball, football, men's ice hockey, men's soccer, men's tennis, men's cross country, men's track and field, women's basketball, women's golf, women's soccer, women's tennis, field hockey, softball volleyball) posted a four-year APR score at or above the national average for their respective sports (indoor and outdoor track & field combined).
- Every Stonehill team had a multiyear APR score above 960.
