EASTON, Mass. (July 9, 2026) – Recent graduate Hannah Anselmo and rising junior Martha Lord of the Stonehill College women's soccer team have been named to the July Development Camp roster for the U.S. Women's Futsal National Team, as announced by U.S. Soccer on Monday.

"To see two players representing Stonehill within the U.S. National Team system is a testament to their talent, dedication, and love for the game," said head coach Alex Wilson. "Martha has been a staple with U.S. Futsal, and to see Hannah earn the opportunity to join her is incredibly special. Both Hannah and Martha excel in their technical ability, and this camp will provide another valuable opportunity for growth, experience, and preparation for the future."

The selection marks Lord's third invitation to a U.S. Women's Futsal National Team camp and the first of Anselmo's career. The pair are two of just three New England representatives on the roster and among 12 active or recently graduated NCAA student-athletes selected for the July camp. The team's first camp of the season will be held at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, Georgia.

A member of the U.S. Women's Futsal National Team since 2023, Lord has appeared in five international matches, recording two draws, a 0.60 goals-against average, and one assist. At Stonehill, the versatile defender has appeared in 35 career matches, totaling seven points on two goals and three assists. Both of her career goals have stood as game winners.

Anselmo, the two-time NEC Offensive Player of the Year, continues to add to her historic career by earning her first U.S. Women's Futsal National Team invitation after recently becoming the first player in Stonehill women's soccer history to sign a professional contract. The Fall River, Massachusetts, native finished her collegiate career as the program's NCAA Division I era leader in points (64), goals (25), assists (14), shots (146), shots on goal (79), and game-winning goals (6).
