improving to 15-3 overall and 9-0 in conference play with a 9-0
sweep of Franklin Pierce on Wednesday afternoon.
Stonehill, who has won seven of their last ten matches 9-0,
swept the doubles to open play, winning 8-1, 8-1, 8-0.
The Skyhawks didn't let up in singles play as Tim
Fayed (Glastonbury, Conn.) set the tone at No. 1 singles
with his 17th victory of the season, 6-0, 6-1.
Winning their singles matches 6-0, 6-0 were Mike
Leone (Cataumet, Mass.) at No. 3, Jason
Allegretti (Lincoln, R.I.) at No. 4 and Aaron
Bergeron (Gorham, Maine) and No. 6.
