EASTON, Mass. (May 1, 2026) – The sophomore duo of Guillermo Bennaton and Javier Gutierrez of the Stonehill College men's tennis team have been named to the All-NEC Second Team in doubles.

Bennaton, an All-NEC Rookie Team selection a season ago, earns his first career All-NEC Second Team honor alongside classmate Gutierrez, who also collects his first conference postseason recognition.

The pairing posted a 7-4 overall record on the season, highlighted by a perfect 6-0 mark at No. 2 doubles.

Individually, Bennaton finished the year with a 10-10 doubles record across all partners, while Gutierrez led the Skyhawks with a 13-5 mark in doubles competition throughout the season.
