EASTON, Mass. (July 20, 2026) – The Stonehill College men's tennis program has been recognized as one of 162 programs nationwide to earn the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team Award for the 2025-26 academic year. Additionally, an NCAA Division I era program-best eight Skyhawks were named ITA Scholar-Athletes in recognition of their academic excellence.
Stonehill posted a 3.54 team grade-point average to receive ITA All-Academic Team honors for the fifth time in program history and third since transitioning to NCAA Division I. The Skyhawks were one of four NEC institutions to earn the distinction.
Stonehill's eight ITA Scholar-Athletes for the 2025-26 academic year are:
Borch-Nielsen, Chastang, and Kröll each earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors for the third consecutive season, while Duhil de Bénazé received the recognition for the second time in his collegiate career. Helm, Beaudry, Gutierrez, and Cebrian each collected the honor for the first time.
Highlighting the Skyhawks' academic success, Kröll maintained a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade-point average, while Chastang and Duhil de Bénazé each posted a perfect 4.0 GPA during the 2025-26 academic year.
The ITA Scholar-Athlete honor is awarded to student-athletes who achieve a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher during the academic year. A total of 1,008 NCAA Division I men's tennis student-athletes earned the distinction during the 2025-26 academic year.
