Alisha Collins ’07 ranks as one of the all-time greats in the storied history of Skyhawk women’s basketball, as she helped guide Head Coach Trisha Brown’s squad to three trips to the NCAA Division II tournament that included a pair of appearances in the regional semifinals.

A two-time first team all-conference selection, Collins was named as the 2005-06 Northeast-10 and ECAC Division II Player of the Year after averaging 18.2 points and 6.7 rebounds per game and leading Stonehill to a 24-7 mark that winter. She closed out her stellar career the following season by averaging 16.2 points and nearly six rebounds per outing as part of a 22-win squad whose signature win was a Northeast-10 quarterfinal round triumph at Bentley.

Collins was also named as an honorable mention All-American by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association and ranks 13th on the school’s career scoring list with 1,410 points. Alisha helped lead the Skyhawks to an overall mark of 82-38 (.638) that included regional semifinal appearances in 2004 and 2006.
