Stonehill College

Kristen Morast captained Stonehill to its firstappearance in the NCAA Division II Elite Eight during the 1993-1994season. A former resident of Bridgewater, Mass. and all-star atBridgewater-Raynham High School, Morast graduated 15th on theStonehill career scoring list with 1,180 points and helped guideHead Coach Paula Sullivan's squad to a 94-29 (.764) mark over fourseasons, including three Northeast-10 Conference regular seasontitles and four trips to the NCAA tournament. Shealso captained Stonehill to a 27-5 mark during her seniorcampaign in which Stonehill knocked off Bentley by an81-64 final in the 1994 NCAA New England Regional Championship gameto advance to the Division II Elite Eight for the second time inschool history. A two-time Northeast-10 All-Conference selection,Kristen also helped lead Stonehill to a berth in the 1992 NCAA NewEngland Regional title game.
