One of the most prolific scorers in program history, Lauren Boyd ’08 earned conference, regional and national accolades on the pitch for the Skyhawks. A three-time All-New England and all-Northeast-10 honoree, Boyd led Stonehill in scoring during her final three seasons of play, as she ranks fourth on the school career list in goals (39) and points (88). Lauren netted 11 or more goals over that span from 2005-07, including a career-best 12 goals as part of a 30-point campaign in 2005. She helped lead the Skyhawks to a berth in the Northeast-10 quarterfinals during her junior season in 2006 alongside current Stonehill head coach Alex Eckhardt Wilson ’07.

A three-time New England Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer Association selection, Boyd also shined in the classroom, earning Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference accolades as well as a spot on the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District team. Lauren helped pace Stonehill to a pair of eight-win seasons in both 2005 and 2007.
