The owner of five school records,softball standout Jennifer McBride is honored foran outstanding career that saw her excel both at the plate and onthe mound. The 2001 Northeast-10 Player of the Year, McBride batted.458 during her senior campaign that spring with a school-record 54hits. On the mound she was equally as stellar, posting a 14-6 markwith a 0.63 earned run average. McBride graduated with a careerbatting average of .396 with 169 hits, 48 doubles, 17 home runs and118 RBIs, as all of those categories are or were school records,and she posted 23 career pitching victories to rank second on thatlist.
