Mike Tosone played four years as a nose guard,establishing all tackling and assist records. He was selectedDefensive Player of the Year as a senior by the National ClubFootball Association. He was named to the New England CollegeFootball Conference first-team all stars for four consecutiveyears. He was the Chieftains MVP as a senior and Lineman of theYear as a junior and senior. He was captain of his team as a seniorand was the Edward E. Martin Award winner as a senior. As a senior,Mike had two games when he recorded 15 unassisted tackles. He hascoached high school football and has been Stonehill’sdefensive coordinator the past two seasons. Mike and his familylive in Randolph.
